Hey guys! We are a looking for new team members to our project.
Who we are?
We are a group of motivated people with expirience in different areas planning to launch a first viable and vastly popular RedM server in Russian speaking community. As of now, Russian RedM server list looks like a couple of pathetic attempts to attract people with undeveloped and unstable stuff which never live too long. Our goal is to offer a new experience with great functionality, deep story and of course 24/7 technical stability.
Please do not be afraid of the language barriers here - we are going to organize a process here in a way where every team member of our truly international team would have a comfortable environment to work and create in. To achieve this we are planning to approach and organize this like a serious IT Project:

Each member of our team has their own specific responsibilities according to their competence. There won’t be a situation when a developer would have to operate and administate the Linux server, deal with in-game stuff and create mappings.

To manage the tasks and responsibilities better we utilize a Kanban approach. All the team members are communicating, prioritizing and tracking their work in our ClickUp project.

Since we considering this as a general IT project - we apply a generic IT approach here and we use well-known solutions: so be sure there would be VCS, testing and an startup atmoshpere.
