Looking for dev to help switch to fx

Hi! Loyalty rp is looking for a dev who can code simple commands such as /cuff /ncic and /runplate to fx. We have a community partially built up already and a server already running but we need these commands to be switched to fx. Also we would like this dev to know how to put in ped and veh models. Thanks
