Community Manager

acts as liaison between the Community and Server Staff/Executives

posseses a community-focused attitude

exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills

responsible for facilitating regular/planned monthly community meetings; holds unplanned meetings as needed

ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content for the server ie: community bonding events, movie nights, game nights etc.

partners with Brand Manager to track, report, and follow up on feedback and reviews
Game Admins
As a Game Admin, you will report to the Lead Administrator and work to ensure that our server operates smoothly and that all players can enjoy the game in a safe and fair environment.
Responsibilities:

Monitor the server for rule violations and other issues
-
Respond to player questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
-
Assist in the management of the server, including implementing new features and gameplay experiences
-
Collaborate with other server staff to develop and implement policies and procedures
-
Investigate and resolve disputes and other issues between players
-
Maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere on the server
-
Conduct server-wide announcements as needed
Requirements:
-
At least 18 years of age
-
Knowledge of FiveM and the ability to use server administration tools
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
-
Availability to be active, especially during peak periods
-
Experience in server administration is preferred but not required
FD/EMS Chief
As the Fire Department Chief, you will lead the fire department and EMS, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively to provide a safe environment and a fun, immersive experience for all players.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the fire department and EMS

Hire and train firefighters, EMS personnel, and other department staff
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including responding to fires, accidents, and medical emergencies

Foster positive relationships with players and other members of the community
-
Monitor and enforce server rules and regulations, ensuring that all players are treated fairly and with respect

Collaborate with other server staff to develop and implement new features and gameplay experiences
Requirements:

At least 18 years of age

Prior experience in firefighting or emergency medical services
-
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of FiveM and the ability to use server administration tools
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
-
Availability to be active, especially during peak periods
