[Looking For]: Staff and Department Heads!

Welcome to Reimagined Roleplay, a serious, economy-based QBCore server committed to inclusivity and ensuring our community has a voice! We pride ourselves on our community-first approach and desire to help new roleplayers. We’re excited to announce that we’re in the final stages of development and will launch our beta version soon!

But before that, we need:

:necktie: Department Heads (PD/EMS/DOJ)

to help us test and perfect our server.

We’re also looking for a Server Manager to run the day-to-day operations.

Our goal is to create an inclusive space where people who are new or veteran roleplayers can come and create a life and story for their characters that may or may not be similar to their real-life ones. We strive to make the experience here as realistic as practically and logically possible. We’ve exercised a great level of painstaking attention to detail, and our approach to ensuring a healthy balance between fun and immersion is what makes us unique.

To achieve this, we need a dedicated team of Game Administrators and Department Heads. As a Game Admin, you will ensure that the server rules are enforced, and everyone is having a great time. As a Department Head, you will lead the department and ensure that your team works together effectively to maintain order in the city.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate, committed, and have experience in roleplaying servers. We value diversity and inclusivity and seek individuals who share these values.

Server Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Development Oversight: Collaborate with our full-time developer to provide direction, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely implementation of scripts, features, and updates.
  • Staff Recruitment: Lead efforts to recruit Game Administrators, Testers, and other staff members. Review applications, conduct interviews, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Player Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain players. Create events, promotions, and initiatives to enhance the player experience.
  • Testing Coordination: Oversee alpha and beta testing phases. Create and manage testing schedules, collect feedback, and work with the development team to address issues.
  • Advertising and Marketing: Promote the server on relevant platforms, forums, and social media channels to increase visibility and attract new players.
  • Community Management: Monitor and maintain a positive and respectful community environment. Address player inquiries, concerns, and disputes.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain detailed records of server development progress, player feedback, and staff activities.
  • Future Planning: Contribute to the long-term growth and success of the server by providing insights, suggestions, and strategic planning.
  • Accountability: Collaborate with the owner on server-related decisions and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of FiveM and experience playing on multiplayer servers
  • Experience or familiarity with project management, server management, recruitment, and community building
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to proactively solve problems
  • Availability to dedicate time for pre-launch activities, including testing and promotion
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Passion for gaming, especially FiveM
Game Admins

As a Game Admin, you will report to the Lead Administrator and work to ensure that our server operates smoothly and that all players can enjoy the game in a safe and fair environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the server for rule violations and other issues

  • Respond to player questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist in the management of the server, including implementing new features and gameplay experiences

  • Collaborate with other server staff to develop and implement policies and procedures

  • Investigate and resolve disputes and other issues between players

  • Maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere on the server

  • Conduct server-wide announcements as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Knowledge of FiveM and the ability to use server administration tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

  • Availability to be active, especially during peak periods

  • Experience in server administration is preferred but not required

Chief of Police

As the Chief of Police, you will lead the police department, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively to provide a safe environment and a fun, immersive experience for all players.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the police department

  • Hire and train police officers and other department staff

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including patrols, investigations, and emergency response

  • Foster positive relationships with players and other members of the community

  • Monitor and enforce server rules and regulations, ensuring that all players are treated fairly and with respect

  • Collaborate with other server staff to develop and implement new features and gameplay experiences

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Prior experience in law enforcement or a related field

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of FiveM and the ability to use server administration tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

  • Availability to be active, especially during peak periods

FD/EMS Chief

As the Fire Department Chief, you will lead the fire department and EMS, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively to provide a safe environment and a fun, immersive experience for all players.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the fire department and EMS

  • Hire and train firefighters, EMS personnel, and other department staff

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including responding to fires, accidents, and medical emergencies

  • Foster positive relationships with players and other members of the community

  • Monitor and enforce server rules and regulations, ensuring that all players are treated fairly and with respect

  • Collaborate with other server staff to develop and implement new features and gameplay experiences

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Prior experience in firefighting or emergency medical services

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of FiveM and the ability to use server administration tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

  • Availability to be active, especially during peak periods

I’m not a micromanager so you run your department how you see fit, as long as it’s within the guidelines of the server.
