Looking for an RP community that would allow me to lead a sort-of mob/mafia organization

Hello!

My name is Thunder and I’ve been playing FiveM for many years. Most of this time has been spent as a Law Enforcement Officer serving in various supervisory roles and capacities, however, nowadays I’ve taken a more civilian type of approach to roleplaying and one that’s always stuck out to me since I’ve started playing FiveM - The Mafia.

Now, hear me out: I’m not talking about a poorly-ran, RDM-riddled organization when I say ‘Mafia’ or ‘Mob’ - No. I’m talking about running the state through various import/export operations, bribing LEOs if possible, etc.

As for documentation, I won’t be provided any applications or SOPs. Why you might ask? Well would a real-life Mafia or Mob organization require you to fill-out some kind of Google form just to join? No! You join the organization through connections already within the Mob. I will however be providing an Out-Of-Character styled Roster just to keep track of membership and rankings.
