TL;DR — I’m building a professional FiveM script & asset studio and looking for a senior FiveM developer to join as my technical co-founder and own the product and tech as a partner. I run the business, brand and marketing side; you own the build. Real co-ownership — not a freelance gig, and not a free-work server project.
Why this post is different
If you spend any time on this board, you’ve seen a hundred versions of “starting a server, need a dev, will pay you in profits one day.” This is not that.
I’m approaching this as a real company and a real partnership. I have a clear plan, high standards, and I’m in it for the long term. I’m not a developer — and that’s exactly why I want a technical partner who owns that side as an equal, not someone I hand tasks to. If you’re a strong FiveM developer who has always thought “I could outbuild half the stores out there if I had the business and marketing handled properly” — that’s the gap I want us to close together.
The vision
FiveM has grown into a real creator economy. Across Tebex and the official Cfx Marketplace, the studios that win aren’t the ones cranking out the most scripts — they’re the professional, trusted brands with real quality, great support and a strong reputation, and they pull steadily away from the crowd of anonymous one-off sellers.
That’s what I want to build: a top-tier studio that people recommend by default — known for quality, reliability and support, with a brand and presence that most creators in this space completely neglect. Built properly, for the long run, with the standards and craft that earn that kind of reputation.
What I bring to the table
-
Business, brand and marketing — positioning, go-to-market, pricing, and the social-proof and reputation strategy that actually decides who wins here.
-
Operations and partnerships — storefront and conversion, community and creator outreach, and the unglamorous company side that most dev-led studios get wrong.
-
Focus for you — I handle everything that isn’t building, so your time goes where you’re strongest.
I’m bringing real commitment and a real plan. How we structure and resource things is exactly the kind of thing we’d work through together — as partners.
Who you are — my co-founder
-
Senior FiveM developer, several years in, with products people have actually paid for (not just free releases or hobby scripts).
-
Deep with Lua; fluent in ESX and QBCore/Qbox; solid on client/server architecture and natives.
-
NUI / JS / React experience a strong plus (great UI is a real differentiator).
-
Obsessive about performance and optimization, and writes clean, original code.
-
Understands the escrow / anti-leak landscape and takes IP seriously.
-
Can architect products and eventually help lead and mentor a small team — a leadership role, not just a coding seat.
-
Reliable, communicative, ambitious, and motivated by ownership and craft, not a quick payout.
-
Integrity matters: no leaked or repackaged code, no drama. This community is small and reputation compounds.
What’s in it for you
-
Real co-ownership — you’d be a partner in something you help build and own, not employee number four at someone else’s studio.
-
Creative freedom and a genuine say in product and direction.
-
A partner who carries the business, brand, marketing and operations, so you can focus on building.
-
The chance to build a genuinely top-tier studio with someone who’s serious about doing it right.
How we’d start
We’d start with a relaxed conversation about vision, standards and how we each like to work. If that feels right, we’d scope a small first project to work on together — terms included — so we both see how we collaborate in practice before committing to anything bigger. No pressure, no rush. The right partnership is worth getting right.
What this is NOT
-
Not a “help me launch my RP server for free” request.
-
Not a one-off freelance gig.
-
Not a quick-cash play — this is about building and owning something real together, over time.
-
Not for anyone who leaks or steals code, or who brings drama.
Discretion
If you’re currently working with another studio or community, I’ll keep every conversation completely confidential. No need to burn any bridges just to talk.
How to apply
DM me on Discord: kazeo0x
Please include:
-
Links to your shipped work — Tebex store, Cfx Marketplace profile, GitHub, showcase videos.
-
The frameworks you work with and your strongest areas (systems, UI, optimization, MLOs, etc.).
-
A couple of lines on what you’d want to build, and what a studio worth co-owning looks like to you.
-
Your timezone and rough availability (I’m EU-based; overlapping hours are a plus, but strong remote partners anywhere are welcome).
If you’ve got your own view on what separates the studios that last from the ones that fade, I’d like to hear it.
Let’s build something worth owning.
