Looking for a server to play on full time with my group

Hey guys looking for a little bit of help. I have been playing gta5 rp for a while now but still can not seem to find the server we are looking for. Hopefully I can get some suggestions that can help us out.

Things we are looking for that are deal breakers.

RP Server
Robbing Players
Searching Players Inventories
Cuffing or zip tie players hands
Being able to go in every trunk inventory if it is unlocked
Growing/Collecting Drugs
Selling drugs to NPCs
Chop Shop
Burglaries
Masks
Blackmarket for guns such as AK etc
Persistence and Progression

I have found multiple servers that almost fulfill these requests but always come up short. I am hoping that someone knows a server that could implement everything listed above.
