Hello CFX Community,
I am the Owner of Central London Roleplay, a UK-based British FiveM server that is only days away from release. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Lead Developer to join our team.
Unfortunately, our previous Lead Developer failed to communicate effectively and did not resolve critical issues in a reasonable timeframe. After raising these concerns, they chose to step away from the project. While this caused a setback, our vision remains strong, and we are excited to push forward and bring *a fresh, high-quality British roleplay experience to FiveM.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just want to “fix scripts”, but someone who wants to grow with the server, take ownership of development, and help us build something genuinely special.
Role: Lead Developer
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development side of the server, ensuring stability, performance, and quality across all systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with FiveM development
- Proficient in Lua (ESX/QBCore experience preferred)
- Confident working with:
- Server-side & client-side scripting
- Debugging performance issues
- Fixing framework and script conflicts
- Ability to:
- Lead development decisions
- Prioritise and resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly with ownership and Senior Leadership Team
- Reliable, mature, and genuinely invested in long-term growth
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team

This is NOT a paid position initially
All available funds are currently allocated to:
Server infrastructure
Assets
Ongoing operational costs
Once the server is stable and established, we are*open to negotiating payment, revenue share, or long-term arrangements
We value transparency and will not promise payment we cannot yet guarantee.
