hello I’m looking for dev that knows about couchdb, SQL, and essentials. you must be able to listen and follow instructions. I also need a server manager that knows how to install cars.

well you are actually asking for a dev so obvious he will do whatever he wants on the server.
Or will you read all the code he wake and tell him what is wrong and what not ?
I thank the op needs a timeout as how does that make any sense whatsoever as the attitude I am seeing is arrogant and hotheaded and immature as how does he think dev’s are just dogs you bark orders at and do whatever you say when that isn’t at all true. I as a dev wouldn’t ever go anywhere near a person like that

I don’t bark orders I ask for things to be put in since I’m the owner, I had a dev but he did not listen. That’s why I’m the way I am, I’m not gonna tell you to put this in or I will fire you or talk to you like shit.i have a dev I just need someone to help him out because we are behind schedule.

Ok, I was just wondering about this kind of stuff. I hope there are some kind dev’s who want to help you for free.
But you’re talking to me like I ordered you to do something that is detrimental to your health, I’m not being a “drill instructor” the post is simple. Following directions. If I ask you hey, can you replace this car with that car. And you put something totally different in for example Air Force one and Marine one in…that’s not doing what I asked. That’s called doing your own thing.

Presently seeking active, experienced, and committed Developer/Server Manager to aid with the development of my server. The candidate should have knowledge of Essential 3.0 and earlier versions along with requisite database experience which includes CouchDB and MySql.
