Hello, I am looking for C# developers to work with me on a custom from scratch roleplay server.
Here are the main focus points for the server:

Create a feeling for players where they are able to comfortably role play without having to worry excessively about breaking stupid small rules.

Design a new type of housing system using mainly MLO interiors and giving the player the opportunity to customize the inside of their home with a furniture system.

Create a fast, efficient server that does not have resource hoggers to keep the lag down and the player counts high

Create a unique player stat system which involves players also being able to work on strength, speed, and stamina to affect certain scenarios such as fights or trying to resist arrest.
