I’m looking for one experienced, 17+ assistant Community Manager to help launch and lead a 100k or die RP server. You’ll take point on staff hiring, community structure, and shaping the server culture working closely with me and the main community manager ( kapi ) every step of the way…
Role: Assistant Community Manager
Responsibilities:
Recruit & manage admins, moderators, and department heads also Help design staff structures, promoting the server and being a direct help to kapi. And in general make sure the community is happy and checking there suggestions etc.
About the Server: a newly made 100k or die server built by me ( Relz ) I am a cyber security expert with a extensive background… but this server is the next big thing!
Requirements:
17+ only
Prior FiveM staff or community management experience is required
Strong ideas for the server
Team focused mindset not just a role, but a leadership position
