Yesterday, I was trying to log into my CFX/Keymaster account from a new machine and a new IP address, but for some reason, the login links that were being sent to my Gmail weren’t working properly. Every time I clicked them, the website would appear to load but then nothing happened — I couldn’t complete the login process.
Because of this confusion, I made many login attempts and eventually got temporarily blocked for too many failed logins.
Now, after waiting more than a day, I can try logging in again. However, I’m now getting the message:
“It looks like you’re connecting from a new device or location…”
I understand this is a normal part of the login process, and that I should receive a verification email. But now the login emails are no longer arriving at all, even though they were coming through yesterday.
I’ve checked all my email folders (Inbox, Spam, Promotions, etc.), and I’ve also tried from incognito mode and a different internet connection — still nothing.
Could you please help me access my account or check whether the login emails are actually being sent?
