Load screen stuck in some server, and "Handschaking with the server stuck for the other"

What did you do to get this issue? everything, uninstal GTA, Five M, clean cache, reboot PC, and tell my problem to dev of a lot server but they dont know
What server did you get this issue on? All server
CitizenFX.log filereplaced does the same thing
.dmp files/report IDs

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Resume : I can’t join a Server some server is stuck a load screen and some other at “Handshaking with the server…” i tried everything…
