Also, add what you already tried so far. clearing cache, reinstalling FiveM, sent support ticket to Zap, read the forums for similar errors.

check your taskmanager for existing fivem processes if you see them close them, if that doesn’t fix the issue try disabling your antivirus or uninstall it
Thank you for the suggestion - although I did find an instance running ending the task would not load FiveM. Windows Defender is off as well. *Restarting computer after your suggestion seem to do the trick Thank you!
