Linked Identifiers - Linked bans , Linked accounts.

What is the issue you’re having?

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding an issue that appears to be affecting both my FiveM account and my friend’s account.

Although we each have our own Steam, Discord, and Rockstar accounts, our accounts seem to be connected in some way. Some time ago, my friend used my Discord and Rockstar account to access a server she wanted to play on. Since then, she has stopped using those accounts and no longer has access to them.

The problem we are experiencing is that actions taken against one account seem to affect the other. For example, if I receive a ban on a server, my friend also receives a ban despite being on her own accounts. The same thing happens in reverse. This has led us to believe that our accounts may still be linked somewhere within FiveM.

Despite these efforts, the issue continues to occur.

We would appreciate any help in identifying what may still be linking our accounts and what steps we need to take to separate them. We are unable to play normally while this issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your time and assistance. We look forward to your response.
