Lights don't work right!

I got captain14’s LSPD Pack with els style lighting. I noticed that two of the cars from the pack had messed up lighting. The dodge charger lights and the explorer lights have the light flares but no light texture on the light bar. There is an example below. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you make sure there are the carcols.meta installed in the file?

Its probs a carcols issue as @ItsNicky_C said. but you can always take a look at the below resource. They work fine in that. If that does not work there is a conflict somewhere…
