does anyone know how i remove those Flares/Lods on the floodlights i have already removed
from the back of the vinewood letters.?

This is the ymap that contains those lights, you will have to edit and delete them manually and then stream it to replace. Also notice that vinewood DLC contains this map so once FiveM gets that DLC level in place you probably have to do this again with it’s replacement map vw_distlodlights_medium023.ymap.
Some trial and error will needed to get all the correct items deleted as codewalker currently does not display the individual light items when you open these types of ymaps in it’s project view.
