Just wait until it’s unblocked, usually you won’t get a response and they just unblock it.
How long does this last?
I couldn’t tell you, I assume it’s in a reasonable time frame (i.e. 24–48 hours), no guarantees!
What’s your server IP? That way I can check if it’s still blacklisted.

That screenshot just shows the console of fxserver, doesn’t actually show you have root access to do anything on the machine.
