I bought through the Patreon a server license key, I checked and rechecked the connection between this forum account and Patreon page. I purchased a $25 support which was ok for 64 server slots last month. Transaction for it was cleared and the bill is charged, all connections are in order but when I generate license via keymaster and put it in server it says that Onesync is not allowed for the server like I’m trying to start 64 slots with a free license. This is the 2nd time that this type of problem is occurring for my server and I would like to point out that this delay causes us damage and we ain’t getting the 2nd time what we paid for. Do we need to write every time to support and waste our time while money is charged and the license is working till the 1st of the month so basically we are losing value every hour that we waste on this discussion.
