What is the issue you’re having? this has been going on for 5 days. it started off with having a street war, when i had a new life i spawned at the drop off area of the lower part of pillbox HP, as i walk up the stairs the entire part is suddenly bugged, like the resources werent loaded so the walls and stairs were flat, then as i went up i crashed. then when i got back into the city, i could not punch run or pull up the emote menu so i tried to restart fivem mutliple times and it never worked until at a certain point when i tried to get back on the city it would keep me on the intro screen of the city at 2-4% loading for 30 minutes or more even reaching an hour, at this point i already tried to reinstall gta and fivem, clearing cache and verifying integrity files. when i did it would get me passed the intro screen of the city but then it would keep me on a black loading screen right before i choose my character. and it would be stuck there for more than 30 minutes and it would keep me there until it would crash and give me the crash report of six-uniform-missouri. i would continue to do my routine of reinstalling, clearing cache, verifying and at some times i would be able to get in the city but the city would be missing a lot of resources and then i would end up crashing and having the issue again of six uniform missouri. yes i have tried to join other cities as well and it would keep me on a black screen too or if not it would be missing a lot of resources. the dev of the city i play in was able to give me a temporary fix(i thought it was permanent until it happened again which is why i say temporary) i wasnt sure what he did but he told me to try getting in the city and i was able to play for a good few hours then the endless cycle would happen again.
id be glad to expound on some experiences if needed

Celestial City Roleplay (philippines) is my main city and where the issue happened
Tokyo City Roleplay (philippines) i tried to check this city to see if it had the same issue (not exactly the same happened but when i got in there were a lot of resources missing which were usually loaded immidiately with no problem. i never had a problem with resources loading before)
