What did you do to get this issue?
Anything and at random. Usually when i prompt an action such as entering a vehicle or exiting one but it occurs at random and anytime

  Also add what you already tried so far:
  Removing all my mods, verifying game files and playing on vanilla. Clearing Cache and with actual Cache XML file both. I’ve also tried to make my oven happy by giving it a kiss but it always ends up being sad (get it? cos of the error code?) I’m funny thanks.
