What did you do to get this issue? Launch Five M for the first time, when checking files it did it fine until GTAVLauncher.exe

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No, but seen other’s have done this and it hasn’t changed anything.

Also add what you already tried so far. - Checking the installation through Steam.
