Launcher not starting

The mod was working fine yesterday. Today I launched it, the 0.54mb update completed, then nothing happened. Launcher doesn’t initiate. I click the FiveReborn .exe to try again, and it went through the update again, then this error message popped up:

I try to launch a 3rd time and this error message shows up:
