Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i got only Defender

Also add what you already tried so far.

as you can see on the video everything is responding late and it also happens ingame on menu trainers and what else. This happened ONLY after i resetted my pc, it didnt before.

Disable windows defender, if that works, add exceptions for GTA and FiveM exe’s and see if that works first.

How is this a firewall issue?!

Your CPU is possibly under high load. Check your task manager while you have FiveM open. If, under the performance tab, the CPU turns red, turn off all other programs you have running to allow FiveM to use more CPU bandwidth.

What are your full computer specs (CPU, GPU, RAM)?

no it’s not that, it happens also on the main menu with zero stress on the pc itself. Oh and also happens on the chat ingame. Basically everything that “refresh” itself
