Youve listed that the code is not accessible. On your tebex you show the resource as “escrow protected”, but in your description you say " Fully Configurable Customize everything — from document types and required fields to permissions, logs, language localization, and integrations with other systems like."

“Customize everything” seems to not be true if everything is locked behind escrow? Not complaining, just confused as your document website also shows very limited adjustments in the config file.

The “customize everything” wording was mainly referring to the UI and the available configuration options. The UI files are accessible, so you can modify and customize the interface to suit your server.

That said, we understand how the description could be confusing, and we’ll consider making it clearer. We’re also very open to feedback: if you need a specific change, integration, or additional feature, feel free to contact us. We always listen to suggestions and consider adding them when possible.
