Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

I think this might be happening because of the new sirens and gun mod sounds i put in but not 100% sure.

Verify/check your game files. Also remove all mods /things etc…

Done that. Still getting the error. Does it every time I enter Sandy Shores.

You messed up with something in your game

Fixed my Issue. First you wanna check if you have any graphics mods installed into Fivem, If yes i suggest you Reinstall FiveM. Carefully Add back the Graphics mod. (That was my issue Anyways)
