Key Will Not Deactivate

Hello,

I recently upgraded from Argentum to Aurum tier. I have a key that keeps staying active when I want it to be Inactive, so I can add the new keys to my servers. Who can I contact to fix this please?

Yeah, i have keys. The issue is that i have a key that will not go inactive. Since we have a three key limit, i am stuck at two keys and not able to disable the old active key.
