@An_Ch I could be mistaken but I belive your issue lies with Visual C++ redistributable 2017 not being installed, id would double check that and m,ake sure that it is and if it is not install it and see if that works for you

@An_Ch The server cannot find your configuration file, because you are not running your server from your server-data folder. cd to it before you run it. Just as described in the docs.
