Hello, apparently there was a change in the number of keys allowed. Now only 3 keys are allowed, maybe that’s the error that is happening to you.

Is your FiveM forum login using the same email you use to login to your patreon?
You can also login with the ‘Login with patreon’ button if not, or just change your email I believe.
It does also take a few hours to go through, so if you just got it recently, perhaps that’s why. But if not, make sure your emails are the same, and also make sure you purchased the correct tier on patreon. It must be one of the Element Club tiers
