Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

What did you do to get this issue? Just trying to logging in a server, it happens in EVERY servers
What server did you get this issue on? AMC ITALIA

When i join in a server, just after some minutes, it crashes, sometimes IT gives me this error, sometimes saying nothing and i get a black screen. Screenshot_1

And you tried disabling your antivirus? also make sure windows and your drivers are all up to date.

It’s like i got some problem with GTA datas: i join a server, and i’m free to walk.When i do some actions like: press ESC to join minimap, or /register for example, FiveM get stuck and crash.
