Do what it says? Contact pr@fivem.net with the IP address of the server and proof of authentication with the root / administrator account.

Notice how that’s censored? They’re an unauthorized GSP. Grab a VPS from somewhere else (Linode, AWS, DigitalOcean, OVH, etc, etc) or use ZAP-Hosting, which is the only allowed GSP.
