Just a fast question about ssd and hdd

So ssd have faster reading and writing than an hdd if i want the performance on fivem do i need to have the GTA V on my ssd as well or just the fivem.

GTAV with fivem on the ssd for maximum performance.

As FiveM is loading assets from GTA V it will be best to have both on your SSD. If you just have FiveM on your SSD the speed will only be increased for loading things like resources which only perform basic tasks like chatMessages which are FiveM based and so wouldnt be faster as they dont load from gta v. Almost unquantifiable differences though, its not a big deal. Whereas loading base game cars or other things that are in base gta; it would be best to have GTA V on your SSD.
