What did you do to get this issue?
I attempted to join a RedM roleplay server. It asked me to update to game version “1355.” I waited for the game cache to update, and then it had given me that error halfway through starting up. I tried to open the game from there and it would not open, just giving me that error message instead.

Also add what you already tried so far.
I attempted to gain help from other players, trying to put b1355 in the file path so it would open. A temporary fix, as the game crashed again right after with the same error. I also have tried religiously opening the game until it actually did. If I do that then the game will run. I still cannot connect to that specific server though
