An important point of clarification: the T.o.S does not prevent you from obfuscating your code, however, the Forum Release Rules do.
You could obfuscate your code and sell it on Tebex, and that would be fine. You would not be allowed to advertise your code on the forums though, which obviously significantly reduces the amount of people that will see it.
