What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Hello,

I cannot launch Red Dead Redemption 2 anymore.
Rockstar Games Launcher shows:
“Authentication error – Could not exchange ticket”
during “Validating Rockstar Entitlements”.

Rockstar Support told me to contact RedM.
I have used RedM on this PC before.

Since then, RDR2 will not launch anymore, even from Epic Games Store.
Epic Games and Rockstar accounts are the same.

Could you please check or reset anything related to RedM authentication
that could block Rockstar entitlements?
