It wont find gtav.exe install location

When I go to my install location first it doesn’t show up on desktop next when I go to the HDD it just shows
“Update”
And
“X64”
Nothing else
I even copied the folder and it shows the same

Run this and next to that you just have to select the folder where GTA V is located. Not the .exe itself.
