Issues with Cfx & FiveM Support

I’d like to open a discussion about Cfx and FiveM’s inefficient or nonexistent support. Through my research for help, I found numerous topics mentioning various unresolved issues. This raises the question: Aren’t the commissions from Tebex + Subscriptions sufficient to provide at least basic support?

Why this concern? Whenever users encounter problems, they’re instructed to open a ticket describing the issue, but these tickets rarely receive responses. I’ve opened multiple tickets for accounts experiencing problems and never received any reply. Meanwhile, they continue charging subscription fees without providing any support.

Another valid concern is FiveM’s requirement to use Tebex for monetization. Additionally, the enforcement of terms of service appears inconsistent - large servers often face no consequences for violations, while smaller servers must strictly comply to remain operational.

The questions above highlight the current issues with Cfx and FiveM’s support system, payment requirements, and inconsistent rule enforcement across different server sizes.
