IsEntityFrozen native

Hello, i want to check in my script is entity frozen in place.
After some research i found MenyooPC by MAFINS, where function checking entity frozen exist using GTA memory.

There could be a native to get the memory address of entity (GetEntityMemoryAdress).

Is there possibility to make a new native using this source code?
