Is there a way to remove the default health and armour?

Minimap without Health & armour bar Discussion

Hey, I am trying to find a way to delete the default health & armour bar that below the minimap. I used the DisplayRadar() command but this deletes the Minimap aswell. Any ideas how to fix this?
