Windows version? Windows 8
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes I did but didn’t work
Error screenshot (if any) Just “FiveM has stopped working”
What did you do to get this issue? I tried to use every windows service packs but didn’t work
CitizenFX.log file Deleted but didnt work

Should just work fine on windows 7 and up.

Windows 8(.0) is not supported. You’ll need 7, 8.1 or 10.
