Is It Safe and Allowed to Share RedM/CFX Licenses Publicly?

Is it allowed to share RedM or CFX licenses publicly, such as in GitHub repositories?
Could sharing such information lead to licensing issues or the possibility of others using it without authorization?
Many servers are using this script without informing players that private servers are sharing their licenses to check global bans. Could this be considered a violation of Cfx.re’s terms of service? Can the scripts or their owners be removed from Keymaster for such actions? Additionally, could servers using this script be warned for failing to disclose this practice to players?

Here are the links to the repositories in question:

Technically these are “personal identifiers”. They lead back to their rockstar account (or depending on which identifiers: steam, discord, xbox etc) which allows getting real life data of that person.

Sharing any sort of personal identifiers without explicit prior consent of the user is not legal in most countries.

Global bans are also not allowed. Any script doing something like that is not allowed as per the PLA (well unless it’s of course a ban issued from Cfx themselves).

It seems that the SS-Checker script, or similar scripts like those from Sirec, are using player identifiers to enforce “global bans” across servers. These identifiers, which are publicly posted on platforms like GitHub, are being shared without proper player consent.

Many servers appear to use these scripts, which is unfair to players. This raises significant concerns, as neither CFX nor the server owners seem to have established clear guidelines about the ethical use of such data. Sharing player information between private servers without explicit consent violates privacy rights, even if a player agrees to share their license for a potential “global ban” check. Moreover, publishing this data on public platforms like GitHub is a serious breach of privacy.

Here’s how the script works: Any server using the script can check if a player has been “banned” elsewhere. If a player’s license is listed publicly on GitHub, they may find themselves unable to join other servers using the same script. This practice raises important ethical and legal concerns that should be addressed by CFX and server owners.

Then I suggest reporting it to Cfx directly: https://support.cfx.re/hc/en-us/requests/new

Include as much information as possible.

I have reported once and those people had been banned from cfx but somehow they still manage to run their script on all the servers …
