So I want to create a couple of spawn areas for people to take there cars in for repair and saw this interior . How would I create this, I have looked at bob74 but the DLC interiors not like this photo- any help would be apreciated.

that interior does exist. it’s in the same area as the other garages.

It’s under the map somewhere at Legion square 169.78, -1000.8, -99.9

As in its in the bob74? I need coordinates to it but the ones in the wiki on his GitHub are for the dlc ones.
