What did you do to get this issue?
Downloaded a mod with OpenIV, put it into mods folder then got this error. removed the mod and mods folder, same problem.
What server did you get this issue on?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
No, but I don’t see why that would affect anything
Also add what you already tried so far.
Removing the mods folder, replacing .rpf. It was a weapons sound mod so I assumed that would be the issue but apparently not.
