What did you do to get this issue?
Downloaded Five M, ran through install and update cache and this crash happens. Running FiveM.exe again opens the GTAV launcher and then crashes again

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
disabled AVG, windows Defender always disabled

Also add what you already tried so far.
uninstalled and deleted GTAV and FIveM and reinstalled both. Restarted after crash and no change.
