Enabled the user to rotate the character during creation, added instructional buttons to RageUIās scaleform.

Corrected the scale of face features during initial creation and raised an issue for nicoo on github.
Amended the custom server/client time script to utilize the native below, after passing the time to clients on connection, to reduce the number of events being sent to update time upon minute change server side.

VPN users are natively blocked, sorry but itās just the way Iām doing things.

Went back to some basics and decided to remake a wrappers for a few functions, including xpcall() to build in custom error handling set, to identify problems as they appear while working on a standalone decorator resource.
tl:dr, I make the boom no worky work, show me nice pretty error, that no crash scripts.
Decor system a little bit like RageUI, as it uses metatables and stores the type, name, int type, entity, and value and can retrieve the forementioned with wrapper functions so long as the entity, the type, the name was registered.
