Right click in desktop, and you will find it in menu

Same I have AMD, so first step is :
For AMD Radeon GPUs

  • Right-click on any part of your desktop and select the ‘AMD Radeon Settings’.
  • Select ‘System’.
  • Press ‘FiveM.exe’.
  • Select your discrete GPU in the drop-down list.
  • Enjoy!

i know but where i find this fivem.exe there is none

check %localappdata%\FiveM

yea i have fivem folder open and radeon settings now

when i right click on desktop the amd control panel option doesnt come up

Well check menu after click. It should be on top

Nothing and no option in amd settings

no menu either, at the top section it just says view sort by and refresh.
