Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? I’m not using Antivirus, only default ( Microsoft ).
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? It is, Microsoft Anti-Virus by Windows is disabled.

What is the issue you’re having? In principle, it does not load anything at startup, only the background from the table with servers.
Only the console opens, which does not work…
What are you trying to do?
Now the most incomprehensible thing for me is why the game starts on the processor, but not on the video card.
If I set the FiveM setting to “High Performance”, that is, the video card, then nothing changes. If I change only one application per processor - nothing changes. If I change both applications, then everything works, although the FPS leaves much to be desired, because my processor is not so powerful.
I dug through all the settings of my video card and reinstalled the driver a hundred thousand times, none of this helped me.
Look like that’s it.

What did you do to get this issue? I’ve always had this error, I didn’t really do anything. Even when I had Windows 10, FiveM still didn’t work.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
