try to set priority to High for FiveM. and decrease graphical settings to low and try in Window Mode,
Also try to update Graphic Card driver, and update Windows
Nothing happened. Everything is update.
when joining to server or game, open Task Manager and show ScreenShot, could be because computer is working slower, also how fast is your internet connection? and please screenshot the loading screen if it is stuck on downloading resources or in somewhere else
As I said its Server Loading Screen and I don’t think that’s becouse of my computer work slower.

for how long did you wait? because if for 3-5min it could not be enough is you are downloading about 150resources or 100resource, and when PC is working slower it have impact on loading screens on every game or on browser, i will stop arguing because it will go deeply in IT stuff which are hard to understand

when you are loading to server, do you have any message like %NaN% or something like that? becasue im playing on one server Transport Tycoon, and then i see that i have %NaN% this means that no Resource are downloaded and the server will not load, if you have the same, you have to quit FiveM and try connect again, if there is different error, please write
no one %NaN% message. I tried to connect many times, also i send you my CitizenFX.log file and at the end of this log you can see what says the message at the end of loading to server. Also when Im on server loading screen with 100% the red square shows in the left corner.
I Have a fix.! ! ! All you got to do is to dezectivate all anty-virus beacuse that is blocking the FiveM louding to work. dezactivate the Windows defender Fire wall. It have worked for me ! ! !
I am having the same issue. I have cleared the cache, reinstalled, disabled my firewall, and restarted my computer. Nothing is working and I can’t join any server and the only way to exit the game is to go through the task manager.

And you tried disabling your virus-scanner?
same, i dont have virus-sanncer/antivirus…
your windows defender is disabled? fully?
