I have installed the right way, I have disable and let the reborn to by pass my firewall, I also run it as admin. I spent two days and well still not working. Also when I run it from the reborn.exe I get this in my task management https://i.imgur.com/qdNHjms.png
It’s the free upgrade version from Windows 8 to 10. Windows 10 Home
Might want to consider re-installing Windows 10, upgrading has proven to have several problems. Not just with FiveReborn but with alot of other programs aswell.

Can you try removing this line from ‘citizen\ros\scui.html’?
Because somehow for me, the external image link is what causes the infinite loading, if I use a local file instead, it loads just fine… Odd.
EDIT: Well the image still doesn’t load but at least it not longer breaks.

@Boss I would’ve known if it was my AV, and I’m on the same setup I’ve had when it was working well few weeks back.
Also, if I specify an IP instead of a hostname, the image seems to load fine… But specifying any other hostname (even ‘localhost’) will cause it to load infinitely. I was able to see both the DNS query and response on Wireshark but nothing further than that…

Argh. Fucking idiots who did this broken mod.
LoopbackTCPServer was not ever meant to handle such DNS requests in the launcher process, who the hell did this custom ‘loading screen’ seriously didn’t consider the use of data: URIs or adding a local file to the table in ros:five?
