Where do they have it listed as theirs??? I look on their site and its talking about them being a software development group.

Where was coderly.com’s code listed and if it has to be purchased thats 100% against FiveM’s TOS on them and if it has to be purchased how do you know what the code looks like? This is all confusing…
A friend of mine bought it and gave it to me, i used parts of their code for some of my other projects. The guy, ‘Nick’ (from dojrp-cad.com ) sold it to him for like 50 AUD or something like that.

I mean wouldn’t that mean you are using code that doesn’t belong to you? Even though its paid but the difference is you haven’t released it and he did?
I didn’t release it or claim it was mine.
I mean if it’s not open source then doesn’t that mean you would ask to use it? I just don’t really see a difference if you release it or not.
I know I REALLY wanna remake the towtruck from GTA mods but I can’t because I don’t have permission since its a closed source. Even though I could easily DL it and decompile it and change it all to Lua.
He hasn’t changed anything in what he released, the code is not allowed to be released but can be modified in any way you like and kept private
I mean its still a resource that honestly everyone who paid for it should get blacklisted 100% just because purchasers are just as guilty as the seller.
I tried to get it blacklisted a while ago, but there was not enough evidence against it, i posted it in the fivem discord months ago…
I know my K9 that I released a lot of people modify it and that’s cool. But its also Open source. NOW say I wrote it and was selling it (not though) and say your friend bought it and gave it to you. You really don’t have permission to even really have it so wouldn’t really have permission to use the code from it ya know… To me that would still sound just as guilty as the guy releasing it… Then again that is just my view on it though…

in my opinion it shouldnt matter about private scripts, and who says what in the end of the day its just a script personally i dont care about coin im just making people happy. DOJ and wale as much as they want about people taking their scripts.
